ACU-HOSES
ACUTENSION provides a vast array of hydraulic hose assemblies – ranging from 70 MPa to >300 MPa – from stock. Our hoses offer a broad range of hydraulic fitting configurations and hose lengths, to support any tooling installation arrangement.
ACUTENSION hydraulic hoses are manufactured using a high strength, spiralised steel-reinforced polymer, engineered specifically for ultra-high working pressure; all the while maintaining flexibility and ease of use. All hoses are additionally protected with a clear PVC cover for resistance against abrasion, corrosion and to provide additional operator protection.
All of our hoses are suitable for use in conjunction with ACUTENSION tensioning product and pumps.
For added simplicity, ACUTENSION flexible hydraulic hoses are colour-coordinated to ensure correct pressure-rating compatibility:
BLACK – 100 MPa maximum working pressure
BLUE – 150 MPa maximum working pressure
RED – 250 MPa maximum working pressure
ACUTENSION ensure standards are met:
Safety tested – All hoses are pressure tested prior dispatch, and supplied complete with a pressure test certificate.
Traceability – All hoses are assigned serial numbering and QR-code* for tracking and traceability.
Compliance – All hoses are CE marked and include standard warranty.

Link Hoses
Link hoses comprise a simple, single-line feed, featuring a hydraulic quick connection at each end of the hose. Most commonly specified in M-F, ACUTENSION can also supply in F-F, M-M or even direct-engage (no connector) variants.

Interconnect Hoses
Interconnect hose assemblies comprise a link hose, but with an integral 3-way junction block at the tensioner end of the hose. These hoses are designed to interconnect several tensioners from the same hydraulic feed.
